Singer, songwriter, music teacher, and skilled guitarist and pianist—Mimi Froes is an independent artist who works tirelessly, pulling double shifts to make her dream a reality. She’s involved in every aspect of her career, from coordinating the team on set to handing out flyers across the city to promote her concerts. So when it came to her album, we knew it had to be no different—Mimi would be the designer. “Contornos”, an album about taking risks and pushing boundaries, was shaped—quite literally—by Mimi’s own hands. On the cover, we see her tracing the contours of her own face, physically engaging in the artwork, unafraid to leave her mark.
